Who sharpen knives
Hi I’m Ken, I have more than 15 years experience working as a chef including my time in Japan. During my time working as a chef, it was of the upmost importance to work with sharp knives, meaning that I would sharpen them each and every day.
Keeping knives sharp is an essential skill that is required to do well in Japanese hospitality, with high expectations from the chefs.
My experience and knowledge over this time has given me the skill set needed to start my knife sharpening service, to ensure that you are working with the sharpest knives in your kitchen.

Book online whenever you want, Japan sharpening service will be at your doorstep at the time instructed!
Your Knife will be sharpened by water stone at your place (in service car) which takes about 15minutes per knife.
